Current statement
To meet the Company's authorized share capital requirements at its incorporation, the Company issued 120,000 common shares, with a par value of US$1.00, and immediately converted it to BTC.
Thus, as of December 31, 2025 and 2024, the Company had 120,000 authorized, issued and fully paid common shares, though the Company immediately converted its share capital of US$120,000 to 7.13 BTC on the Company's incorporation date.
The Company has not issued any preferred shares. There have been no share repurchases of the Company's capital stock.
During the year there were multiple capital contributions: on 19 June 2025 115.00 BTC, 10 October 2025 250 BTC, 17 October 2025 100 BTC, and 4 September 2025 150 BTC were contributed respectively. As of December 31, 2025 the Company's contributed surplus were 697.99 BTC (2024: 83.00 BTC).
