We face a once-in-a-century opportunity to build a vertically integrated life (re)insurer. Our product offerings are globally unique, making it possible for us to scale our balance sheet, build modern systems from scratch, and then directly compete to win a market that is 3% of global GDP.

Sam Altman and Lachy Groom led our initial raise, and they've since been joined by Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures, Apollo, Bain Capital, Pantera, Haun, Framework, Fulgur Ventures, MS&AD, Mouro, Stillmark, and Wences Casares and others.

The Role

We are hiring a junior marketer/generalist/builder to leverage AI to do ~70–80% of the work, and complete the 20–30% it cannot do well.

We have a detailed marketing plan and are looking for someone to work with the VP of Marketing to execute it. For example, you'll help drive our webinars, influencer marketing campaigns, curate the brand voice across socials, and support other creative marketing initiatives.

Official marketing experience is not required. Arik (our VP of Marketing) has experience coaching and mentoring junior marketers and loves to 10x their skills.

What You Need

• You have already used Claude Code (or similar) and can show us something you have built. This role requires you to make the most of Claude Code. You will use it daily to automate workflows and prototype tools.
• You enjoy the craft of copywriting and are curious about getting better at it. Everyone can use AI to write, but few are naturally good copywriters that cut above the noise. If you are active on social media (written, video) and do it well, that's a great indication. If you have examples where you tell stories well, that is also great.
• You do not like waiting and being dependent on others. It's a personality trait and you know well if it applies to you. Note: it's a team sport, but you have high agency to take things A–Z.
• You are curious and motivated about getting better at distributing products. You think about how to get the right message in front of the right people.
• You tend to notice things. You sometimes zoom out and observe patterns.

Who You Will Be Working With

I'm Arik Marmorstein. I have 15 years of experience as a founder (e.g. $10M bootstrapped business) → product marketing lead (Oribi, acquired by LinkedIn) → head of growth marketing → now leading marketing at Meanwhile. I love to solve marketing and growth problems and am very methodical about how I work. Mostly I love to execute fast and am totally on the side of better done than perfect. I will teach you how to think about marketing systems, experiment design, and conversion.

Compensation

$85K/year + equity + health, dental, vision.
